Animal
Welfare
With years of hands‑on experience working in zoos and caring for animals personally, we understand how to read their behaviour, support their emotional wellbeing, and ensure they only meet the public when they are genuinely relaxed and happy. If an animal prefers a quieter life, we keep them as a beloved companion or re home them to their perfect forever home.
Animal Welfare
Animal welfare is at the centre of everything we do, and our years of experience working in zoos and caring for animals personally ensure every creature receives thoughtful, species‑specific attention. With many of our animals being rescues or re homes, we prioritise comfort, safety, and happiness through careful socialisation, calm environments, and thorough inspections that keep their care consistently up to date.

Travel
Safety during travel is another priority woven into our daily routine. Every animal is transported in secure, species‑appropriate carriers with soft bedding, stable ventilation, and temperature control. We plan routes carefully, minimise stress, and ensure animals have everything they need for a calm journey. Whether it’s a short local visit or a longer trip, our travel procedures are designed to keep every animal safe, comfortable, and protected at all times.

Our animals
Our reptiles receive the same level of thoughtful, species‑specific care. With many of them also coming from rescue backgrounds, we focus on creating environments that mimic their natural habitats, maintain correct temperatures and humidity, and provide enrichment that keeps them mentally stimulated. We spend extensive time handling and socialising them so they feel secure and confident before ever meeting new people. Their comfort always comes first, and we never push an animal beyond what they are ready for.
Many of our bunnies and guinea pigs are also rescues or re homes, and we take great pride in giving them the stability, comfort, and affection they deserve.
